Shelbi Siarkowski is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families through life’s challenges. She has worked across a variety of settings—including schools, hospitals, Intensive Outpatient Programs, and Extended Day Treatment—allowing her to bring a well-rounded, compassionate perspective to her work.

Shelbi takes a strength-based, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet her clients' unique needs while helping them recognize and build on their own strengths. Some modalities Shelbi uses frequently include CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Shelbi is also trained in MATCH for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Conduct. She is committed to creating a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to express themselves and work toward personal growth—one step at a time.

With a strong background in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, and behavioral concerns, Shelbi works collaboratively with clients and their support systems—including families, schools, and other providers—to promote lasting well-being across all areas of life.

Shelbi also values the healing power of creativity and self-care. She often incorporates mindfulness, meditation, music, and art into her work, helping clients explore new ways to process emotions and foster resilience.
